Thrivability framework

I’ve been working on the idea of a Thrivability Framework, to support evaluation of initiatives taking an ecological mindset.  This infographic aims to create some context. One of the keys in it is the idea of ‘authentic virtue’, whereby the ‘rhetoric of virtue’ is aligned with the authentic source of wealth or wellbeing. In the current economic system, there are hidden truths of exploitation and extraction, layered over with ‘rhetorics of virtue’, for example, that accumulated wealth will lead to ‘trickle down’ benefits, or that hard work will lead to social mobility.
